Hello all! How long do you think would be a good amount of time to study and be fully prepared to take the CSA exam after completing the SNAF and Flow Designer courses?

Hi @Felicia B

It can vary depending on individual factors such as prior experience, familiarity with the ServiceNow platform. However, a general recommendation would be to allocate about 1 and a half months of dedicated study time to adequately prepare for the exam if you are new to ServiceNow. If you already know the platform capabilities well and are familiar with fields, columns, forms, lists, roles, and other configurations, then 2 to 3nweeks might be sufficient for you.
You can also refer to Udemy courses and tests for CSA preparation. Additionally, there are many videos on YouTube available for CSA preparation.

Hi @Felicia B

It totally depends. a good hands on experience real time experience on the platform would help a lot. Since the voucher comes with 1 year validity, before giving the exam, make sure you practice all the content in PDI, thoroughly go through all the content available in course.

Hey Felicia,

personally I'd agree with the others to not focus on the amount of time. It depends fully on how you intake information and understand the different topics well enough.

I'd recommend you to take some Udemy Mock Exams. After attending my virtual class regarding SNAF & Flow Designer, I practiced with them since they provide information on why an answer is correct, so you can learn from wrong answers and focus on them.

Hi @Felicia B

Tough to set the timelines, bcz it is platform not a book, and more you deep. more you learn. 4- 6 months will work if you put dedicated time on daily basis and practice hard.
