Hi @David Buck ,
Here are some tips to encourage those who may be facing challenges with the exam:
Persistence Pays Off: Many successful CSA-certified professionals faced initial setbacks but persisted in their preparation efforts. They took the time to analyze their performance, identified areas for improvement, and dedicated themselves to studying and practicing. Through determination and perseverance, they eventually achieved their goal of passing the exam.
Continuous Learning: The CSA exam covers a wide range of topics related to the ServiceNow platform. It's essential to engage in continuous learning, not just for the purpose of passing the exam but also to enhance your overall understanding of the platform. Success stories often highlight the importance of ongoing learning, exploring different resources like documentation, training courses, online forums, and engaging with the ServiceNow community.
Study Techniques: Effective study techniques can make a significant difference in exam preparation. Some successful candidates recommend creating a study plan, breaking down the topics into manageable chunks, and setting regular study sessions. Utilize a combination of learning resources, including official documentation, study guides, practice exams, and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on Practice: Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform is invaluable. Ensure you have access to a ServiceNow instance, where you can experiment, build applications, and practice implementing different features. Working through real-life scenarios and hands-on exercises can deepen your understanding of ServiceNow concepts and help you apply them effectively during the exam.
Exam-Specific Preparation: Understanding the format and structure of the CSA exam is crucial. Familiarize yourself with the exam blueprint, which outlines the topics and their weightage. Practice exams and sample questions can give you an idea of the types of questions asked and help you gauge your readiness. Consider joining study groups or engaging with others who are also preparing for the CSA exam to share knowledge and gain insights.
Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and setbacks are a natural part of the learning process. By learning from these experiences, adapting study strategies, and maintaining a positive mindset, you can increase your chances of success in passing the CSA exam. Good luck!
Thanks,
Ratnakar

Dear @David Buck
1. Please follow the blueprint provided for the certification by Servicenow
2. Handful experience must be 6 month minimum
3. do practice using https://quizlet.com/426864868/servicenow-csa-exam-flash-cards/
I would say that if you worked in the Servicenow for 6 month with little reading you can clear the exam.
