CSA Past Papers

Hi Community, I would like to ask if any have ServiceNow CSA past papers from 2023 onwards, to be more specific Utah versions and onwards. I am about to take the CSA exam within 1 month. So I need every help I can.

And the main reason is I have studied previous questions but they are based on older Snow versions. Many answers to these questions have been changed due to the update of Snow. So if anyone has kindly sent me.

Practically speaking,  question will be almost same except few get change.

Ebook is still best source and if you want more,  read the delta study guides for latest release.

Hi @MYousaf111 ,

Not much will change between instances for the CSA exam, so I wouldn't worry if I was you. Best advise that I can give is, to utilize enough time on the learning provided by ServiceNow in Nowlearning, and also utilize enough time reading and understanding the ebook.

When you feel comfortable in the material, then you're ready for CSA.
