Dashboard and reports for system Administrator

Hello Everyone,

 

Want to create a dashboard that will help for admin activities like Clones scheduled, ldap and Mid server status ....
looking for advise what other areas can be monitored and reported  that can help for admin day to day activities.

also looking for list of admin activities.

Hi @CV1 ,

 

In general there are so many errors that could be monitored. e.g. 

 

  • active workflows
  • Catalog item, record producer utilization 
  • Dashboard utilization
  • general group, roles, user governance
  • Subscriptions
  • Users with admin roles, editor roles 
  • Tickets assigned to inactive groups
  • etc. etc. etc.

In the Dashboard there can be multiple reports for monitoring like:-

 

1) Aging Incidents/ Problems Based on different day range [0-10/11-20 etc.]

2) Untouched incidents / Problems/ Tasks  [Which are not updated in last 7 days/ 10 days etc.]

3) P1 Incidents and progress

4) Incident/ Tasks Survey scores [Satisfaction Survey]

5) Incident /tasks which are breached recently [May in last one week]

6) Incidents/ Tasks which can be breach soon [in Near future]

7) MTTR

😎 Incidents/ tasks assigned to inactive users

9) Incidents/ Tasks where assigned to Group is Blank

The list can be endless depending on the your requirement and requirement of the organization base don KPIs and what exactly they want to monitor and Measure.
