I have a database view set up to link the SLAs to the RITMs to the Tasks so we can review information on that basis.
I have a database view that is working for our visualizations, however upon reviewing the list it is only returning (empty) for the catalog task numbers while returning other valid information for those tasks (assignment groups, assigned to, etc.). What can I do to make sure all the catalog task information shows up reliably.

Hi @smacleod,
it's just a hit or miss, but do all of these RITMs have associated any SCTASKs? I mean is there a value to display, can you confirm?

Thank you, this made it more efficient, but it is still not showing the number on the list
