Delegate and other tabs missing in user profile

We're a couple months into our launch and got a question about delegation. I went into my profile to review delegation before contacting the customer and noticed we don't have ANY of the tabs mentioned in the how to video.

Our System

I checked the Related Lists and Delegate User was already selected along with several other options. How do I get those options to appear on the profile page? The configurations I can find information on appear to be correct.

Thank you that worked. I forget about the view option sometimes. For anyone who is looking for the same question here is a screen shot.

@Alan42 As I notice in the how to video it is on 'Service portal' view and in your other picture it shows 'Self-Service' view. The delegate tabs are available in the service portal view.

For me in PDI , it is available in Default view of User form. or try to assign at least 1 delegate and check then.
