Difference between paid and free roles

I believe that a user record must be assigned a role in order to be considered a paid user record.

However, there are user records with roles assigned to them among the users created in OOTB.

The following users are OOTB users and have roles assigned to them.

However, they do not appear to be included in the paid license.

Scheduler Benchmark
sharedservice.worker Agent Intelligence Plug-in
ml.admin
ml_report.user
Agent Virtual

Some of the above users have been granted the ITIL role.
Isn't the role a condition for a paid license?

Hi @bonsai

The license depends on the product you purchase, or in other words, it follows a subscription model. To get precise details on which roles are paid and which are free, it's best to consult your ServiceNow account manager.
