Display all attachments from approval records from related RITM record

I am looking for a way to display attachments from all approval records associated to the related RITM record (on approval records). Currently, I am able to see all attachments on approval record that are added to RITM record only.

For example, say that a RITM consist of multiple approval records. I would like for the attachments added to the first approval record to display in the following approval records.
