Email Account Missing OAuth 2.0 Authentication Choice

I am not being presented the option to select the OAuth 2.0 Authentication type in the Email Account Record. I have followed the documentation

I have authenticated in the application registry, but the value does not present. The oauth plugin is installed and active.

Servicenow Support resolved the issue by providing a sys_choice xml file. After importing this and the steps in the cited doc. The issue resolved.
