Exctract of categories and subcategories of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change tables

Hi everyone 🙂

I would like to draw an extract of all categories/subcategories of the following tables:

Incident

Service Request

Problem

Change

Is there a way to see it in hierarchical order? E.g. in the Incident table we have a category 'Accessories' and it has a lot of subcategories (screenshot attached). I would like to draw a list of all categories with its subcategories underneath.

Regards

Thereza

Hi @Thereza Van der ,

You can go to the sys_choice.list and make a list according to your requirement e.g.:

Depedent value = category and value = subcategory

Hi @Thereza Van der

Greetings!!

For this case sys.choice table is best. also in case you want to know the table name of any attribute, right click on attribute and select dictionary.
