How to add a Calendar Widget in Service Portal

Hi Experts,

We are in Quebec version and we have a requirement to add a Calendar widget to our Service Portal that will display Knowledge base published for that day(must be in monthly view).  I am fairly new in Service Portal and i am not sure how to achieve this.

Can you help me please? thank you.

Hi @DP1970 ,

 

No, just follow the guideline in the article:

 

  1. Download the update set.
  2. Navigate to 'Retrieved Update Sets' module.
  3. Click the link to "Import update set from XML".
  4. Go into the record and Preview and then Commit the update set.
