How to make the search source of the "Homepage Search" widget only a custom table

I would like to use the "Homepage Search" widget to search for records in a custom table.

Out of the box, it seems to search the catalog and knowledge.
Is it possible to adjust this?

Have you already defined your Search Source?

You can create a Search source for your portal with your custom table.
