How to Notify Someone 1 Week Before End Date

Is there a way to send out an email notification to the "Requested By" person on the External Vendor Access request for like a week before the end date is due?  Just notifying that the access will be rescinded soon, giving the person a chance to change/extend the due date, if needed. A screenshot of the form I am talking about is attached.

@msekla the above is correct only, so if the email triggered twice check the record for which it triggered, try adding ritm number in notification because if there are 2 RITM for which the end date is going to expire in 7 days 2 emails will be triggered for example below,

@swathisarang98 Yes they are 2 different RITM numbers and I am wondering why that happens because it used to not before

@swathisarang98 Why is there two different RITM numbers? What's the second one for?

@msekla once the catalog item is submitted ritm is created like that when the form is submitted several times several ritm will be created so if the end date for each ritm is gonna expire in 7 days then multiple email(for each ritm) will trigger to requested for which will inform the users which might be same or different user
