How to view the assignment groups an incident has been with, for reporting.

Hi, 

 

I want to run an ageing report for my team and need to isolate just my team's assignment group. at the moment, the report shows only the age when the ticket was created, but not when it got to my team and how long it took to resolve it. 

 

any ideas?

Hi Josh,

Are you tracking the Assignment Group with a Metric? - If not, this can be a difficult statistic to track.

The alternative would be to see if you an SLA that tracks duration of Assignment Group, this would also allow you to report on this.
