Install Multi-provider SSO Plugin in ServiceNow

Hello,

I'm trying to Install the following plugins:

  • Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Enhanced UI

  • Multiple Provider Single Sign-On

However, I don't see any option to do so from the admin dashboard. Please advise

Hi @mkhalifa you need to install if from Application Navigator. follow below steps

  1. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
  2. On the All Applications page, search the plugin from Search Field and .
  3. click on Install to Activate plugin.

Hi @mkhalifa 

 

If you are on PDI, go to Plugins Modules and search for SSO. (Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer)

 

Install this and logout and login again.
