It would be helpful if you would elaborate on your question. Because this can only be answered with yes or no and that doesn't help you at all.
And since Guatemala/Central America is not a very small part of the world, the answer will probably be 'yes, there are companies there that are using ServiceNow'.
What information are you looking for from any of those companies?

I'm not looking for specific information about any company in particular; I'm simply curious to know if anyone knows of any US base company that has presence in CA that currently utilizes the ServiceNow platform, and if so, which companies they are. I just found one, it is called Cenlar.
