Is there any CSA precuts exam questions?

Dear All,

I am new to ServiceNow and want to give give CSA exam, so is there any practice  exam.

Hi @andrespinilla 

There are no practical hands-on questions in the exam, but some questions can be scenario-based, which require some practical knowledge. The questions are also based on concepts and terminology, so make sure to read the eBook thoroughly — word by word.

Hi @Muhammad Shakir ,

 

 as recommend by ServiceNow, rely only on the official kerning material and not any dumbs - these had been proven to have false- positives. Also work as an administrator for 6 months etc. to get hands on experience.
