ITSM - Change Request

Hello Community,

I came across a scenario where, when Normal Change Requests are closed, through the business rule "mark_closed" the CR is auto updated to Active - 'False';

But, the Standard and Emergency change requests are not auto updated to Active - 'False', even the change requests are Closed. [But on my PDI all the three change types are getting auto updated to Active - 'False', once the change is closed] These Standard and Emergency change requests are remaining Active - 'true' and I am going to list view of CR and filtering the state to closed and group by Active, then I am manually updating them to Active - 'False'.

Can you please guide me; how can I make these Standard and Emergency change requests also to auto updated to Active - 'False', once the change is closed.

Thank you,
Ashok.

Hi @ASHOK PALADUGU

Surprising case. May be you can check the flow/ workflow of  both and also try to create a separate separate BR for these 2 type of changes and test.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG

Thank you for the information and response; Appreciate it. Surely, I will check the flow/ workflow of both and also try to create a separate separate BR for these 2 type of changes and test.

Thank you again; I will surely come back with update.
