Jobs after Associate System Administrator course

Hello everyone. I am new to ServiceNow with no background in IT. After completing the Associate System Administrator course, what kind of jobs should I be looking for? Certifications seems tough as of now but I want to know the title of the job I should search and the best way to get one. If anyone hiring a fresher, please let me know. I have been looking out for a job from the past 1 year in London before starting with this course. Thanks in advance.

Hi @VasudhaG

Let me give you some bitter truth. The Admin course is just a basis which provides you only basic understanding about platform. The market is looking more from a candidate. Admin course will not work enough here, you need to build your skill, learn more and more, do hands on, pick up other products like ITSM / HRSD / CSDM / GRC / CSM which are like hot cake in market but also do the hand on. Build an dummy project, show your work on LinkedIn etc, so that ppl know about you and this way you can build network.

Hello,

I would like to know how you can showcase a dummy project you built in your PDI? Would it be in the form of video, slides, etc? Secondly, for someone doing ITSM, what sort of project can you build?
