KB article error

Hello,

I am getting the error message ''Execute operation on Glide API" while opening a KB article under Knowledge base. Below are the screenshots attached. Due to this I'm unable to update or post any comment in any of the knowledge article. We do not find post option as well to post any comment. Please check and do the needful. Also note I'm an admin and have the necessary access so this is not an access related issue.

Hi @hemaprabhakaran ,

This is because you are trying to access from different scope. You need to create a cross scope privilege.

Steps to Create a Cross-Scope Privilege

Type Application Cross-Scope Access in the All navigator menu or go to System Applications > Application Cross-Scope Access.
Click New to open the cross-scope privilege form.
Fill in the required fields:
Source Scope: The application that needs access (auto-populated or selected based on your current application scope).
Target Scope: The scope that owns the resource or table (e.g., Global or another custom application name).
Target Name: The name of the specific object being requested, such as a table name (sys_attachment) or Script Include name.
Target Type: The type of resource being accessed (e.g., Table, Script Include, or API).
Operation: The action allowed (e.g., Read, Create, Update, Delete, or Execute).
Status: Set this to Allowed.
Click Submit or Save
