Knowledge Base does not show in Service Portal but shows in Next Experience

Hello, 

I have a knowledge base that is not showing in the Service Portal; however, when I create new knowledge bases, they all show up there.

 

The knowledge base is accessible to users on the backend but doesn't show up via the service portal.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?

Hi @Xavier_Wharton,

 

Have you verified that your Knowledge Bases are added to the related list of the Service Portal record?

Hi @James Chun,

Yes, after I posed the question, I went back through the modules and noticed that the Knowledge Base was not related, and then I updated it 😅
