Hello Everyone,
I am having trouble to understand a question i have come across recently.
A. Instant Publish: Immediately publishes a draft article without requiring an approval
B. Instant Retire: Immediately retires a published article without requiring an approval
C. Approval publish: Request approval from a manager of the knowledge base before moving the article it the publish state
D. Retire Knowledge: Moves a knowledge article to the retired state.

Your original post didn't really ask a question. "Which one is right" depends on your situation, the people you have contributing KB articles, and what your internal policy requires. For me, Instant Publish is allowed for technical people posting technical articles to technical Knowledge Base. For another Knowledge Base, which is where end-user support is provided, that KB requires an approval workflow because there is a group responsible for reviewing proper language, examples, and readability for non-technical users.
So the answer being "C" depends on what the question is.

As you referring to dumps, the questions may asked from the end user side, taking scenario in mind in way, a user 1st create KA it should follow proper approval process that is why selected answer is C.

End user cant create KA , end user can only see the KA.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
