Hello @H A TENKORANG ,

Welcome to the ServiceNow ecosystem! 😊

As many have already mentioned, Now Learning is a fantastic place to start. It’s designed to guide you step-by-step from the basics, and the ServiceNow System Administrator course is perfect for beginners like yourself. You’ll find video lectures, hands-on simulators, and structured content to build a solid foundation.

YouTube is also a wonderful supplement! You can dive into everything from basic to advanced topics, and there are tons of channels to explore at your own pace. If any concept isn’t totally clear on Now Learning, just search it on YouTube for extra examples and walkthroughs.

And if you haven’t already, definitely get your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) set up ASAP! It’s invaluable for practicing what you’re learning in real time. Implementing concepts on your PDI is a huge help for remembering everything in the long run.

Below are a few links that I personally recommend for getting started:

Happy learning, and enjoy the journey! 🚀
