Please continue to learn next course and explore the open opportunities in your local area ( or remote positions ).

Also choose the SN module ( like, ITSM,ITOM,HRSD,GRC,CSM ), if you are new, go for ITSM first and learn the SN platform feartures & functionality.

First thing, its not SNOW, its SN or ServiceNow. 

 

Welcome in community.  CSA is very basic and i think to get a start in SN, you need to build more and more in portfolio. To get experience, start answering the questions on community, and as @AshishKM  said, learn HRSD, CSM like modules.

@salloori11 An advise from my side is to keep on learning the concepts related to the ServiceNow platform and always have a keen interest in what is coming up new in the next release. There a plenty of product lines in ServiceNow and learning never stops here. Your hands on experience will certainly help you grow in this field.
