Micro-Certification - Assessment Simulator Task 3 - Create and Comment on a Record

I'm working on the Associate Sys admin certification in which I've completed the task steps as instructed, but the validation is failing. How do I get this resolved, kindly help.

I am having the same issue and cannot get past the validation as it keeps failing. I wrote the comment as "Customer Visible" and regular Work Note. I created a new incident and it will not validate.

Has this been fixed since July? What can I do?

I've added a comment under work notes and additional comments. It will not validate the task.

I was doing Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNowAssessment Simulator Task 3 - Create And Comment On A Record, i tried again the same task but still it is showing task failed.
