Hi Marium,
I understand how frustrating it can be when you've followed all the steps for a task, but the validation still fails. I’ve been in the same situation while working on my Associate System Administrator certification. Here's what helped me resolve it:
1. First, I made sure I followed the instructions exactly as given. Sometimes, even a small oversight can cause validation to fail.
Clearing my browser cache and cookies helped in some cases. This can sometimes fix weird validation issues.
I also tried doing the tasks in an incognito window. This way, I could be sure that no browser extensions or cached data were interfering.
Since my instance is currently down, restarting it might help. Sometimes, a simple restart can clear up temporary issues.
I hope these steps help you as much as they helped me. If you need any more assistance, feel free to reach out.
Sometimes, even when I think I am completely thorough, it does not hurt to have another look with some fresh comments!
Good luck with your certification
Best,
Marcus

Hi, you have to tick box Additional comments (visible to Customer) and then post you comment. It took me a while to find it.
