I'm working on the Associate Sys admin certification in which I've completed the task steps as instructed, but the validation is failing. How do I get this resolved, kindly help.

I had the same issue and tried same steps above and they all failed. What worked for me was re-creating same task by creating a new incident without entering any notes until I save/submit the new record. Then after that, go to notes section, check the box next to Additional comments (visible to Customer), input your comment and click on post. Revalidate task now. Now it works for you as it worked me.

first create the incident and submit.
than open the incident and add the comment and save.
