I'm working on the Micro-Certification (Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow ) in which I've completed the task (

Assessment Simulator Task 3 - Create and Comment on a Record)

steps as instructed, but the validation is failing. I have added the comment under the work notes and also checked the customer visible, but validation still fails. How do I get this resolved, kindly help.

I ran into this problem recently, so I will share what I did.
I had to post a comment with the Additional comments (Customer visible) box checked in order to pass the validation.

Hi, this error is occurring because the instances are case sensitive. Try, to type the comment as exactly as possible(even the punctuation). Do not try to copy - paste as it is leading to additional whitespaces.

I have added multiple Work Notes and Additional comments to my Incident - all showing the required wording but the assessment still fails to Validate. Please help!
