I'm currently on career journey, any advice when writing micro exams?

There is no specific tips for Micro certs.  Micro certs are open book and you will get 4 chances to clear the exam , if you stuck you can go back to course and clear your doubts.

As @Mark Roethof  also suggested , its is all open book and easy.

As mentioned by severals, the micro exams are open books, hence utilize the time to study the material and have the study material open during the exam.

Micro certifications are non-proctored exams that  do not require registering or completing the exam through Webassessor and  4 attempts are granted to take the Micro-certification exam.
