We are implementing Knowledge Management. We've updated to the latest/greatest plugins, but we are missing the Knowledge Management Overview dashboard. I've confirmed the Knowledge Overview (com.sn_knowledge_overview) plugin is installed and up to date. I've enabled the sys_property (glide.cms.enable.responsive_grid_layout) to enable analytics. Those 2 steps are all I see as needed in the SN documentation for this dashboard.
On my PDI this dashboard is in the Knowledge Overview scope. We don't have that scope as an option on our instances.
Apparently I missed a step somewhere. Suggestions for how to get this dashboard and all of the cool reports it has installed, without having to manually create everything?

I had to reach out to SN Support. There's an issue with Xanadu. Here's the message I received from support:
To access the Dashboard
Knowledge Base > Administration > Overview (New)
I have updated the "Overview (New)" module URL arguments to point to the Dashboard in your dev instance.
URL: now/platform-analytics-workspace/dashboards/params/edit/false/sys-id/5d5e18458731fd51a2522b5a4309cacc
**After updating the URL the Overview Dashboard is opening up correctly
As per below DOC the URL should work but it is not working in Xanadu release. The product team is already aware of this issue so the above workaround was provided by the product team. They will be fixing this issue in Yokohama release as part of PRB linked to this case (PRB1802359).

This fixed the issue with me too. My problem was I was using the DC version of nav path fix.
So the first attempt I used:
$pa_dashboard.do?sysparm_dashboard=bcaa1278c30101107b15f97c9840ddf7
Following your solution on Xanadu I used:
now/platform-analytics-workspace/dashboards/params/edit/false/sys-id/5d5e18458731fd51a2522b5a4309cacc
