Missing Pin Option for Left Navigation Bar

I have encountered a missing pin on the Left Navigator bar. 
We have tried troubleshooting the browser by removing cache and cookies, logout and login again, etc. 

But still not showing in MS Edge. 
This was missing only in MS Edge but visible in Chrome.
I would appreciate for any help. Thanks.

I checked at my end and did not get any issues means all icons are appearing fine.  If you check this KB - KB0596964

Hi @Michael Galang 

possible workaround - 

- Alter the browser or network security settings, so that it does not block web fonts, or configure a custom rule allowing web fonts for service-now domain.
- Being this an IE specific issue, use a different browser that allows downloading web fonts.
