MS Teams and ServiceNow: How to post to existing Teams channel from and INC record ?

Hi,

 

We finished MS Teams integration. Now we're able to start a MS Teams chat discussion from ServiceNow INC record.

I would like to know:

1. is it possible to post to the existing MS Teams Chat from my INC record?

2. is it possible to post to the existing MS Teams Channel from my INC record?
