Hi ServiceNow Community,
I'm trying to understand the key differences between Managed Documents and Knowledge Articles in ServiceNow. While I know that Knowledge Articles are used for capturing and sharing knowledge across the organization, I'm not entirely sure how Managed Documents fit into this picture.
- What are the main distinctions between Managed Documents and Knowledge Articles?
- Can I use Managed Documents as a way to subsidize or enhance my existing Knowledge Articles (e.g., attaching managed documents to knowledge articles for more detailed reference)?
- Are there any best practices for using both in a complementary manner within the Knowledge Management process?
Any insights, experiences, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
