I am new to ServiceNow and was going through ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) - Module 5 - Configure Self Service - Workflow Automation lesson - lab 5.3.1, I was instructed to trigger a flow on a catalog item and change the state of the requested item record, create a catalog task through workflow (Workflow Studio) and notify the requested for. When I saved and tried triggering the flow , the flow was not creating a a SC Task, tried checking everything which seemed as instructed in the inkling but when i tested that in workflow studio itself SC Task was successfully created, how could this be possible?

Hi @YashwanthM
Could you please check if the flow is fully activated or published so that it can reflect the new changes? Try making a change in the flow and then publish it to ensure everything is updated.
