Hi, All.
We just installed our PA this week and i am still learning how to setup KPI
I have a requirement to create a KPI in Idea Table in GRC application capturing whether 4 IDEA records per month per client has been submitted, they wanted this represented on the dashboard as % of KPI met. Example if only 2 idea records created, this should show 50.00%
Can anyone help me try this?
So far i have created below items but not sure why it is not showing correct data, i have executed the collection job
Indicator Source

Automated Indicator - this is where i have attached the Scheduled collection job
Formula Indicator - this needs to compute the percentage, i used

Hi @Suz Roque ,
What is the outcome of the setup you have made? In general it looks correct for what you have stated, but have you tested the output in a widget?
Also, I would recommend you to take the training: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=amap_detail&summary_id=b5958100ff48e010a97e646e253bf122 which contains alot of great stuff.

I suggest that you change the Relative Start value to 1, like all of the OOB Daily Collection Jobs. Otherwise, you will be 'reprocessing' the same records multiple times.

Or, change the 'Run" value to "Monthly".

Some references on PA Data Collection:
and
Both have videos, that should explain the concepts.
There is the 'Relative start interval' that can be set to "Months ago", use "1" for the Relative Start value. And leave the Relative end to "1" and "Days ago". Set the "Run" value to "Monthly".
