Need help with the lab exercise for CAD on demand course

I requested for CAD on demand course and somehow i didn't get the email for username and password, so i am not able to access the ebook and i am not able to practice the lab assignment so can anyone please help me know if there is any other way to access the ebook or the lab assignment

Hi @Preetisaraf 

I think ServiceNow has stopped sharing the eBook for most On-Demand/Maximum courses, and that might be the reason you didn’t receive it.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Check the Lab Activities
    See if the eBook is mentioned or linked in any of the lab activities or course materials.

  2. If it's mentioned but you didn’t receive it
    Then you should log a Now Learning case with the ServiceNow support team.

  3. If it's not mentioned at all
    It likely means the course no longer includes an eBook, as per the updated content structure.
