in addition to the simulator @Laveena-Agarwal  shared, there is also a fundamentals simulator available: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/hr-service-delivery/human-resources-hr-fundamentals-simulator...

You can also browse University, since there are more HRSD trainings available - f.e. "Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals" or "Human Resources (HR) Implementation"
These are the trainings to get used to the HRSD module and they include hands on labs as well.
