Not receiving the incident table records into Mulesoft

I am trying to retrieve the on new records using the ServiceNow connectors in the MuleSoft.

I provided the SOAP and itil access to the users but still when I created the records I am not receiving the records, can you please help me

Thanks for sharing the details.

I am specifically looking into the "On New Records" palette level, not just the basic happy path scenarios. Even after watching all the videos, I couldn't find any mention of role assignments and how to automatically receive records using the "On New Records" palette.

My scenario is: Whenever a record is created in ServiceNow, I need to retrieve it via the "On New Records" palette. However, when I create an INC (Incident) in ServiceNow, the record does not come through to MuleSoft.

What steps need to be configured on the ServiceNow side to ensure this works? Could you please help me?
