For completing the Capstone Project which is part of the ServiceNow System Administrator course, instructions were given to request a PDI. Unfortunately, the PDI does not allow for system administration work. It's set up for only developer functions. Where do I go to get the correct instance to complete the course work for a ServiceNow System Administrator?
Taken from the Capstone module:
TIA!

Hi @deborahsant
Greetings!!
Hope you’ve received the PDI. If you’re unable to see much detail on the PDI, it’s likely because of the current user role.
Here’s how to fix it:
-
Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site.
-
Log in to your account.
-
Click on your profile (usually found at the top-right corner).
-
On the left-hand side, select Change User.
-
Switch the user role from Creator to Admin.
-
Save the changes.
-
Log out of your PDI and log back in.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I finally found it. It wasn't where I thought it would be but I was able to change roles. Thanks!

The Capstone Project can be completed on your Personal Developer Instance.
