Hi Team,
I am looking to re-register for the Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) exam.
Could you please guide me through the process and let me know if there are any specific requirements or steps I need to follow?

Hi,
To re‑register for the Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) exam, you’ll need to follow the official process through the ServiceNow Certification Program. Here’s how it typically works:
✅1. Log in to Your ServiceNow Summit/SNOW Portal Account
Visit the ServiceNow Training and Certification site:
https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification.htmlSign in with the email associated with your ServiceNow account (the one you used previously for certification).
✅2. Access the Certification Dashboard
Once logged in, go to “My Certifications” or Certification Dashboard.
This will show your current certifications, expiration dates, and options to register or re‑register for exams.
✅3. Register for the CSA Exam
Find the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam in the list.
Click “Register” or “Schedule Exam”.
You’ll be taken to the exam delivery partner (Pearson VUE) to select date, time, and proctoring option (online or in‑person where available).
✅4. Confirm Prerequisites (if any)
For re‑registration, there are generally no extra prerequisites beyond having an active account and access to the exam through the portal.
If your previous attempt was unsuccessful, you may need to wait for a cool‑off period depending on ServiceNow exam policies (typically a minimum wait time before a retake).
Check the ServiceNow Certification Exam Handbook for the most current retake policy.
✅5. Payment and Confirmation
Complete the payment (if applicable) directly through the exam scheduling interface.
You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to take the exam (online proctoring link or test center details).
📌Important Tips
Ensure your photo ID matches the name on your ServiceNow account — the proctor will verify it before your exam.
Review the exam blueprint and study materials provided on the ServiceNow site to prepare.
If you use online proctoring, test your system hardware and software compatibility ahead of the exam time.
Was this explanation helpful? If so, please mark it as correct!

HI @ArunG1349384219 ,
Have you taken the mandatory training? is it your first a tempt or a retry?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Yes, you can do that. However, you need to register for the training again.
Generally, you can access the training for one year after registering. If that time period has ended, log in to the learning portal again and check whether you see a re-registration option.
If the issue still continues, please log a new learning support case.
