Pinned Menu (Next Experience) not loading using Microsoft Edge for Business

Has anyone experienced issues with 'Pinned Menu' (Next Experience) not loading using Microsoft Edge for Business Version 116.0.1938.81 (Official build) (64-bit)?

 

It is fixed with a simple refresh of the page, but very annoying.

I checked as per your suggestions and everything is fine for me. Look like some browser issue only.

I tried this in my personal laptop and did not have any issues. Try to upgrade your edge browser.

Version 117.0.2045.47 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hi Atul

 

Can you test this when opening an external link to the ServiceNow instance or when you duplicate the tab? This is when we are seeing the issue occur. In the meanwhile I have contacted our EUD team to upgrade the corporate browser to the latest version. I have a feeling it is a browser issue, as prior to moving to Edge for Business, we didn't see this issue at all or good old regular Edge.
