Query regarding the ServiceNow CSA certification exam.

Hello everyone,

I have a query regarding the ServiceNow CSA certification exam.

I am currently working with a ServiceNow partner company. Based on my understanding, employees of partner organizations may be eligible for certification vouchers or discounted exam pricing. However, when I try to register for the exam, it still shows the full exam fee of USD 300.

Additionally, we have been informed that certification vouchers would be provided, but we have not received them yet.

Could someone please clarify:

1. Why is the exam still showing the full USD 300 fee for a partner company employee?
2. Are there any eligibility requirements or account settings that need to be completed before voucher benefits are applied?
3. Is there a delay in voucher distribution, or is there a specific process we should follow to receive them?

Any guidance or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.

As you said you working with partner so it should be free for you but , every partner has different contract with SN on cert cost , so in this case please talk to you manager.

2nd make sure you are registering exam from your official email not your personal email.

Hi @AishwaryaDhule 

Check with your company's  ServiceNow Capability/ leadership/ your manager if they provide any kind of  discount coupon (Voucher)/learning credits.

Note: This voucher is not same as we used to receive till Nov 2025 last year post completing onDemand Fundamental course.

While you will register for the Exam ,  You have to pay either by Credit card or Learning credits. 

So You have to pay Registration cost +tax .

Please check with your company's L&D (Learning and Development) team, as they manage the ServiceNow certification process. They should be able to clarify why the certification fee is still showing as USD 300.

You can also raise support ticket to get a clarification of the issue.

Talk with your manager or someone who is connected with the ServiceNow team; your organization should provide free certifications, so there is no need to pay for you; however, talk with your seniors; they may have some insights for you.
