This is a Custom Script Include , so you need to write Script in the "Script section".

I know it's a custom script include but I am unable to write anything in the script section and also there was some in that window but after I updated the instance to Utah version, this is the scenario in client scripts and script include as well.

Are you still having this issue or it disappeared after trying a few time like I did?

This happened to me as soon as I created the instance. I went to script include and press NEW and there was no code in it... no line 1. I goofed around pressing the icons on the script field but nothing. Then I installed the internationalization plugin and when I came back to try it again and got everything working. Check the screen below.

By the way the Javascript syntax editor changed in Utah and it is explained in this DOCUMENT.

I also saw the "glide.ui.syntax_editor.linter.eslint_config.ecmascript2021" property was updated in Utah.
