There's a lot of free, on-demand, SysAdmin-focused training courses available at Now Learning (see link below)

However, the SysAdmin Fundamentals course which is a required part of the career journey for CSA is a paid-for course.

Hi @ManjulaV

Access to the SNAF course is free if you work for a recognised ServiceNow partner (and your employee email address is linked to your Now Learning account).

If you work for a partner organisation you may also have free or discounted access to sit the CSA exam, depending on your organisation's agreement with ServiceNow.
