Hi @Urfeena
Have a strong grasp of ServiceNow platform administration fundamentals, including instance navigation, user, group, and role management. Understand tables, dictionaries, and system properties well. In addition, possess a solid foundation in core ITSM processes, Knowledge Management and data management, covering areas such as data import, transform maps, and update set migrations. Familiar with system logs and know how to use them effectively for troubleshooting and maintenance.
So basically enhance and dig deep in topics what you may have studied during CSA

Hi @Urfeena ,
For an intermediate ServiceNow system admin role, focus on mastering user and role management, ACLs, UI policies, business rules, catalog items, flows, and notifications. Learn instance configuration, update sets, data imports, and basic scripting. Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer is also highly valuable.
Also try to major other modules like HRSD, HAM/SAM, SecOps.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you
Thanks and Regards,
Sarthak
