Hello Abdul,

Task [task] is one of the core tables provided with the base system. It provides a series of standard fields used on each of the tables that extend it, such as the Incident [incident] and Problem [problem] tables.

I've shared a link below that may serve as a guide to a deeper analysis surrounding the tables.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-platform-administration/page/administer/task-table/concept/...

Thanks,

Demetrik

Hi @Abdul Salam1

Greetings!!

Even though you accepted the solution, I would also like to answer. The task table is the base and core table, in simple words there are many modules that use the task table for extensions like Incident/change / problem /security incident.

It is a heart of ITSM module and used widely in system.
