The universal transfer button is not coming in the universal request form

I have installed the universal plugin. After that, I am trying to transfer from universal form, but the transfer button is not enabled. In the agent's workspace, it is coming. How can I enable the transfer button in the uniform request form?

Try adding yourself (or it looks like you are in a PDI, so System Administrator) as the Assigned to and Save.

Role required: agent part of the assignment group of the primary ticket or assigned to the agent

Thank you for response. I got the "transfer" button. I have to activate the form link and workspace form menu in the UI action page.
