HI , WANTED TO CHECK IF ANYNONE HAS CONFIGURED THIS TYPE OF LIST PA WIDGET FOR DASHBOARD AS PER ATTACHED PICTURE FOR INCIDENTS STATS ?

Ok, please see below screenshot:
Important:
Select "list" in type
Select "Scorecard" in visualization
In the tab "column settings" -->
"Multiple score" shall be set to true
"number of periods" is how many previous period you would like

I guys I can help you with that
Create new and add all indicators you want to see
Now create new Widget in
performance analytics> Widget
you may have to configure form and add Indicator group field.
and then you can use it in Dashboard.

Hi @karan15 ,
Can you please check these fields on your form?
So now what you have to do is
1. Configure and add the Indicator group field.
2. Select type - List
visualization - Scorecard
once you select this indicator group field will appear on the form.
