We would like to hide/remove the "HR Compensation Case" COE from the transfer case dropdown choice list in Agent Workspace. How can we accomplish this?
The "Employee Relations" COE has already been removed from the choice list in Workspace (done previously by consultants). We want to do the same for the "Compensation" COE. In the images, you can see the "Employee Relations" COE is not available to select in Agent Workspace but is available to select in Native UI.
