Trying to register for the CSA fundamentals

I am trying to register for the final course in the Associate Systems Admin journey and am stuck in this horrible loop - see attached screenshots.  What am i missing? 

UPDATED: Thank you to all those who answered.  Last question - Is there no work around to pay for the tests?

Unfortunately, the next issue you'll face is you can't enrol in the course, due to the credit card payment system being broken at the moment.

Agreed with @Simon Hendery  Currently credit cards is a global issue in SN now learning, so better wait for some time also you can start watching my batch 16 playlist on my channel which is based in CSA only, till the time you enroll in Now learning course.
